At that time technology was not so advanced and microscopes of high power might not have discovered.
3. What technology was needed before capillaries could be discovered?

            Blood can be pushed towards the heart past the valves, but not backwards away

Capillaries are many in number which make the substances pass in and out easily.
8 There are blood capillaries close to all your cells. Why is this? 
Blood capillaries closer to our cells provide food and oxygen to every cell.
